It's important to note that the "Thin size" mentioned doesn't refer to band size or head size, as all crowns are adjustable at the back, ensuring a comfortable fit for all. Instead, "size" pertains to the height of the crown.
For your comfort, each crown is thoughtfully padded and designed to be lightweight, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable wear.
While you can select the size of your crown, specific gemstones might not be customizable. However, if you have a particular look or unique elements in mind, feel free to share them in the "notes" section when placing your order. We exclusively offer our mermaid and fairy crowns for hire within Australia.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express shipping service.
Please note that regional areas may experience longer delivery times, so we recommend a 7-day booking to accommodate potential delays.
For timely delivery, we suggest starting your booking date at least 2 days before your event.
LAST MINUTE ORDERS:
Orders placed less than 3 business days before the booking start date are considered last-minute.
SAHARA BLUE CO. does not take responsibility for postage delays caused by Australia Post for last-minute orders.
Last-minute orders are not eligible for a refund in case of late delivery beyond the booking start date. Store credit only.
RETURNING YOUR CROWN:
The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs of the crowns.
We highly recommend purchasing additional coverage up to the retail value of the crown for added protection.
We recommend using Australia Post for the return shipment.
SAHARA BLUE CO. will not be held responsible for any crowns lost or damaged during the return transit.
